When it comes to whisky, Scotland and Japan often steal the spotlight. But there is much more to discover across Asia. And right now, exploring some of these whiskies has become a little more affordable. Five bottles from Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Thailand have received price reductions, with one offering a saving of more than 55 pounds.
From Japanese blended whisky to Korean single malt and a peated expression from Thailand, there is quite a bit of variety in these whisky deals. Whether you're looking to try something new or add an interesting bottle to your collection, these offers are worth a closer look.

Five Asian whisky deals worth checking out

The biggest discount belongs to the Kanosuke Single Malt 2023 Limited Edition from Japan. This whisky has dropped from 150 to 94.95 pounds, saving you 55.05 pounds on a single bottle.
But Japan isn't the only country represented. Taiwan, South Korea and Thailand also have some interesting whiskies in the sale.
Here are all five bottles currently available at reduced prices:
Together, these five bottles offer a total saving of £103.55 compared to their previous listed prices.

Asian whisky is about more than just Japan

Japanese whisky has been popular for years, but other Asian countries are increasingly making their presence felt. Taiwan's Kavalan has become an internationally recognised name, while South Korea and Thailand are also developing their own whisky identities.
That makes this selection particularly interesting. Ichiro's Malt & Grain brings together whiskies from different parts of the world, while the Ki One Eagle Edition offers a chance to explore Korean single malt.
Then there is Prakaan Peated Cask from Thailand, which adds a smoky option to the lineup. Kavalan Concertmaster takes a different direction with its port cask finish, while the Kanosuke Limited Edition stands out with its powerful 59% ABV.

Which Asian whisky deal would you choose?

All five whiskies are currently discounted at The Whisky Exchange, with prices starting at £46.95. The Kanosuke offers by far the biggest saving, but the other four bottles are also interesting options for anyone curious about whisky beyond Scotland.
Would you go for the Japanese Kanosuke with 55.05 pounds off, try a Korean single malt or discover what Thailand has to offer? Let us know which bottle you would pick.
