The
Aberlour distillery in Speyside has unveiled a new whisky collection. The new A’Bunadh Collection is a celebration of sherry’s versatility. The first release in the series has now arrived.
With the A’Bunadh Sherry Cask Collection, Aberlour aims to set a new benchmark for sherry maturation. Release 1 kicks off the series in style. The whisky matured in two types of first-fill sherry casks: Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez.
This dual maturation creates an intensely flavorful whisky that delivers a rich sherry experience from the first sip. Graham Cruickshank, Aberlour’s Master Distiller, says the collection demonstrates just how powerful and complex sherry-cask aging can be.
This edition is a unique opportunity to experience the depth and intensity of 100% first-fill sherry cask maturation.
