Last year,
Lindores Abbey Distillery started a new annual series to celebrate the connection between the abbey and Thiron. It's almost time for the second whisky release in this series: Thiron 2025.
This whisky has matured in three different casks:
- Old Forester Bourbon barrels
- Rejuvenated red wine casks
- Thiron Virgin Oak casks
What are the tasting notes of Lindores Abbey Thiron 2025?
