The barley harvest of 2025 has by now completed on Islay and the 2014 and 2015 harvests have since been processed into whisky. The Kilchoman 100% Islay whisky 15th Edition is done.

The whisky has been distilled from Concerto and Publican barley grown nine to ten years ago on Islay. The single malt was placed in 54 different ex-bourbon casks to mature after distillation.

After maturation, the single malt was bottled at 9 years of age at 50 percent alcohol by volume (ABV).
