The Formula 1 2025 season is in full swing, and
Jack Daniel's is almost weekly shining on the podium with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. But they're not the only whisky brand in
F1. Here are the others you'll come across.
A considerable sum of money is involved in Formula 1. Not only are the cars expensive, but maintaining the various locations and the drivers themselves also incurs substantial costs. Thankfully, sponsors are not lacking for the teams, and that includes a fair number of whisky brands.
Here they are, listed below.
Cadillac F1 - Jim Beam
From 2026, Srgio Pérez and Valtteri Bottas will return to the pit lane. They will be driving in the 2026 season under the flag of the brand new team Cadillac, which has brought along a noteworthy sponsor.
Jim Beam declared their support for the racing team and will be dazzling on their black racing car.
Formula 1 (General) - Glenmorangie
Not directly affiliated with a team but certainly involved in the sport is
Glenmorangie. The Highlands whisky has not only shaken hands with Harrison Ford, but also sponsors Formula 1. Glenmorangie organizes several activities around the races, from cocktail bars and tastings to more.
Exactly what happens varies by race, and of course, you have to be there to take part. Whether Glenmorangie is releasing a special F1 whisky has not been announced.
McLaren F1 Team - Jack Daniel’s
The list starts with the team leading the championship. Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris are driving for team papaya, also known as McLaren. The logo of Jack Daniel's whiskey has been featured on their cars and clothing for a few years now.
The brand has been significantly in the spotlight for several years, as McLaren continues to perform well. It doesn't stop with just the logo on the Formula 1 car and team's clothing. Jack Daniel’s also launched a special McLaren edition of their Tennessee Whiskey.
This series began in 2023 and has so far introduced three versions, with the 2025 version being the latest.
Scuderia Ferrari F1 Team - Chivas Regal
Ferrari and
Chivas Regal have entered into a multi-year collaboration around Formula 1. This was unveiled in 2024, shortly before the Grand Prix in Las Vegas. The goal of the collaboration is to raise awareness for responsible alcohol use.
In the meantime, Charles LeClerc has become a brand ambassador for the brand. He is regularly highlighted in Chivas Regal’s promotions with a glass of whisky and involved in other activities by Chivas around the track such as special F1 parties.
Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team – Glenfiddich
The third brand you may see during the 2025 Formula 1 is
Glenfiddich. The Scottish distillery announced a new partnership during the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
In honor of this, Glenfiddich unveiled an exclusive whisky: a Glenfiddich single malt whisky from a sherry cask, dating back to 1959.
Stake F1 Team – WhistlePig
The American whiskey maker
WhistlePig established a collaboration with the Stake F1 team in 2024, thereby linking their name to Formula 1.
Last year, the distillery unveiled a special Stake F1 Single Barrel 6 Year Old whiskey. A portion of the earnings from this whiskey was wagered on a team victory.
Williams Racing – Coachbuilt whisky
Former F1 World Champion Jenson Button co-founded the whisky brand
Coachbuilt, which has a strong connection to Williams Racing. Through the brand, Button set up a collaboration with the Formula 1 racing team.
During this collaboration, a special Coachbuilt whisky has already been released. It's an 18-year-old blended scotch whisky that honors the team.
