A new whisky series born out of a passion for wine
The single malt whiskies in the new series come from well-known wineries including Château Mont-Redon. Each of the three whiskies in this set has undergone a full maturation in casks from the winery and a finish in red wine casks.
Paterson is extremely pleased with the new release. He shares how interesting it is to see what the casks from the French winery have done to the Scottish whisky.
