Annandale Distillery has unveiled a duo of eight-year-old whiskies matured in STR casks. These releases follow the success of the Man O’Sword STR Cask 375, which won awards at the World Whiskies Awards earlier this year.
The distillery credits Dr. Jim Swan, the pioneer of STR casks, for his help:
