RoseIsle 14 Year Old

  • Casks used: Refill and rejuvenated ex-Mezcal and second fill sherry casks.
  • Alcohol percentage: 55.9% alcohol by volume (ABV).
  • Tasting notes: Fresh orchard fruit like apple and pear with vanilla and baking spices on the nose. Then dried apricot, soft peach tones, and warm oak wood with honey and caramel. On the palate, there are notes of fruit, citrus peel, wood spices, and tannins.
  • Price: Approximately 180 euros.

Lagavulin 12 Year Old

  • Casks used: Refill and rejuvenated casks.
  • Alcohol percentage: 56.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).
  • Tasting notes: Notes of intense toffee, vanilla and coconut, supplemented with spices, oak, and peat. Then sweetness.
  • Price: Approximately 180 euros.

Clynelish 18 Year Old

  • Casks used: Not mentioned.
  • Alcohol percentage: 51.6% alcohol by volume (ABV).
  • Tasting notes: Sweet and tropical with notes of pineapple, wax, and honey.
  • Price: Approximately 230 euros.

Talisker 14 Year Old

  • Casks used: First maturation in bourbon casks and then finished in American oak barrels, toasted with volcanic stones from Skye.
  • Alcohol percentage: 53.9% alcohol by volume (ABV).
  • Tasting notes: Maritime notes with sweetness, smoke, and spices. 
  • Price: Approximately 165 euros.

Oban 12 Year Old

  • Casks used: Ex-bourbon casks.
  • Alcohol percentage: 54.7% alcohol by volume (ABV).
  • Tasting notes: On the nose, notes of sea salt, green apple, pear, vanilla, honey, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, sweet notes of apple, toffee, and a hint of wood spices. In the background, notes of smoke, pepper, and a maritime hint linger.
  • Price: Approximately 135 euros.

The Singleton of Glen Ord 17 Year Old

  • Casks used: A finish in ex-mezcal and second-fill sherry casks.
  • Alcohol percentage: 55.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Dailuaine 21 Year Old

  • Casks used: Fully matured in Spanish ex-sherry hogsheads.

When are the Diageo Special Releases 2025 coming out?

The bottles will according to the German webshop be shipped to purchasers from October 2nd. Diageo has not yet made an official revelation, so the release date of the bottles has not been officially announced.
