Shizuoka Distillery makes a mark

Fun fact: One of Shizuoka's stills is the 'K'. This still originates from the old Karuizawa distillery. The still has been fully repaired by Nakamura. Ultimately, this still produces the whisky that may be called the first whisky: Shizuoka Prologue K.
Apart from this, the distillery also possesses two stills from Scotland, one of which is heated with local wood. The spirit is eventually presented in three lines, known as the K, W and the Shizuoka S whisky.
