What will The Macallan Harmony VI series be?
The new label for The Macallan Harmony Collection features a pale green tone reminiscent of coconut. The whisky is said to be developed in collaboration with Timespirit Dining Experience and to feature a combination of maturations.
It reportedly draws from sherry-seasoned casks alongside casks that previously held bourbon. Bottling is expected at 46.3% alcohol by volume (ABV).
How will The Macallan Harmony VI taste?
The label also hints at the flavor profile. This single malt is said to carry notes of bright lemon and coconut milk, rounded out by sweet oak and tropical fruit in a well-balanced composition.
