This Scotch Distillery Reinvents Its Distillery Experience for Sensory Whisky Adventures

The Dalmore has introduced a brand new visitor experience at its distillery in the Scottish Highlands. The whiskybrand says that the new brand home will provide a more experiential experience of the brand and its heritage to its guests. And it will open very soon.
The Dalmore Distillery will open the new experience to visitors on 27 April. From that date onward whisky enthousiasts can enjoy the new experience, complete with new tastings and tours.
More personalised whisky visit
According to Dalmore, the reimagined experience will be quite different than a classic whisky visitor centre. It revolves around the narrative, design, and stronger association with the brand. Every visit will be fully personalised. Before arrival, guests will collaborate with a Dalmore concierge who will help to shape their visit and select details of their experience.
The distillery explained that all the details of the visit are exclusively planned to make the visit more adventurous. The tourists will be shown the history of the distillery, touring the sensual and tactile aspects along the path.
Tastings and designed hospitality
Visitors will start with a drink and a snack before diving into the story of the distillery. After that whiskylovers will experience elevated storytelling and sensory moments. It will also contain a guided tasting on three single malt whiskies of The Dalmore Principal Collection and the opportunity to try the Distillery Select limited editions.
The brand also says that the new concept is the result of its emphasis on craftsmanship, luxury, and attention to detail.
Early access for Dalmore Guild members
The Dalmore Guild members will have priority booking for the new experience before other members. Priority booking will commence on 26 March, and anyone who becomes a member of the Guild before 25 March will be invited to the early access list.
Reservations by the general population will commence on 30 March via The Dalmore website. Pricing of the new experience at the distillery is yet to be announced.

We have not spoken to the individuals in the video ourselves, nor can we verify who they are. We describe it as a Chinese whisky because it is released by a Chinese distillery. - Let's keep this factually correct. Pernod Ricard DID NOT release a Chinese whisky. Their first output from The Chuan (the name of the distillery in Sichuan, China) wasn't fit for bottling. What they actually bottled was imported Scotch whisky. This is why the product is called "PURE MALT" and not "Chinese Whisky" - because Pure Malt is not a regulated term - this is not a secret. This was exposed about a week after they released it. There were even videos about their own staff on site admitting it was made from imported whisky - which Pernod Ricard got the lawyers onto to get the video pulled.
