What’s on Tap During Dutch Whisky Week in Brabant?

It’s almost here: a full week of Dutch whisky in the spotlight during Dutch Whisky Week. In nearly every province of the Netherlands there’s something whisky-related to do. What’s happening in Brabant? We’ve lined up all the activities for you.

Brabant is famous for its warm hospitality, and Dutch Whisky Week is no exception. The province boasts four distilleries opening their doors during Dutch Whisky Week.

These are the Dutch Whisky Week participants in Brabant:

We’re kicking off with Bus Whisky, where food lovers are in for a treat. The distillery has its own restaurant, and during Dutch Whisky Week you can make the most of it.

How about a guided tour of the distillery, complete with a meet & greet and a three-course whisky dinner? That’s on offer on 26 January from 15:30 at the distillery.

Prefer to linger a little longer and stay the night? You can during Dutch Whisky Week. On 30 January, Bus also has rooms available for two. Take a tour of the still house, enjoy a delicious meal paired with the water of life, and then roll straight into bed. What more could you want?

You can also head to Bossche Stokers during Dutch Whisky Week. Join a guided tour to discover the distillery while learning about the whisky-making process. Naturally, you’ll also taste Bossche Stokers’ whisky.

There are two sessions: on 30 January at 19:30 and on 31 January at 16:30. Which one will you join?

Next up is one of the country’s best-known distilleries: Zuidam Distillers. The doors don’t often open for in-depth tours, but during Dutch Whisky Week they do. Owner Patrick van Zuidam will guide you through the distillery and share everything about Millstone whisky and the story behind the distillery.

The fourth distillery hosting something special during Dutch Whisky Week is Moutmolen. Come explore this mill during the week and discover the story of the whisky, the mill, and of course the stills that create the water of life.
