During Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned Week 2025, you can experience a world tour in a glass. Participating cocktail bars will host guest shifts, special pairings with Old Fashioned cocktails, and even dishes from top chefs inspired by the drink.

A world-famous cocktail classic in the spotlight across the Netherlands

This year brings a first for Old Fashioned Week. For the very first time, the cocktail is reflected in the culinary vision of three top chefs—served in bars where you can sip the famous cocktail alongside.

Sidney Schutte (Spectrum), Floris van Straalen (Van Oost), and Dirk Mooren (Verlan, Mata Hari) teamed up with renowned bartenders Ignazio Di Gangi (The Vault Bar), Nick Vrielink (Fitz’s Bar), and Tim Lefevre (Door74).

At Fitz’s Bar, Floris van Straalen’s signature langoustine dish inspires an Old Fashioned cocktail. At The Vault Bar, Sidney Schutte and Ignazio Di Gangi created a cocktail with a duck dish in mind.
