Whisky Monkeys conducts unique interviews with whisky bar owners, distillers, as well as both well‑known and lesser‑known individuals, delving deep into their personal whisky stories.

And because it’s a natural product, so many people love it that there are not only whisky drinkers, but also people who have built their careers around it. For instance, we interviewed Billy Walker and Iain Mcalister, both prominent names in the whisky industry.

There’s so much to share about what’s happening in our small country. In addition, we interview a variety of other people, from whisky bar owners to liquor store managers and other whisky‑related professionals.

We don’t just talk to experts. We also highlight beautiful stories about whiskies, the bottles and the history of the nectar of the gods.

That’s why we introduced the section Whisky Names Explained, where we dive into a new whisky-related name every week. In our Did You Know?-section, we explain a fun fact about for example a whisky, a distillery or a person behind a whiskybrand. 

What brand do they drink? It turns out that young people, alongside beer, wine, and cocktails, are increasingly open to whisky,  as long as their wallets allow it. In short: whisky is for everyone, as long as they are 18 years or older.
